These guidelines define expected behavior for all users of the Tweggo platform, including Hosts, Renters, and service partners.

The policy promotes safety, accountability, trust, and legal compliance across all platform interactions.

All users must follow these guidelines alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Core Principles

  • Respect and professionalism in all communication and conduct.
  • Trust and transparency in identity, listings, and commitments.
  • Safety-first behavior and immediate reporting of risks or incidents.
  • Personal accountability for actions, damages, and legal obligations.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraud, false identity, listing misrepresentation, or review manipulation.
  • Illegal activity, transport of unlawful goods, or reckless use.
  • Harassment, hate speech, coercion, threats, or intimidation.
  • Off-platform booking circumvention and fee evasion.
  • System abuse, unauthorized access, malware, or platform exploitation.

Host Responsibilities

  • Maintain roadworthy, insured, legally registered, and accurately described vehicles.
  • Honor confirmed bookings and keep availability current.
  • Cooperate with inspections, telematics requirements, and safety audits.

Renter Responsibilities

  • Use vehicles lawfully, responsibly, and only with authorized drivers.
  • Return vehicles in expected condition and report issues immediately.
  • Comply with licensing, traffic rules, and all applicable platform requirements.

Enforcement

  • Violations may result in warnings, suspension, permanent removal, financial penalties, or legal action.
  • Tweggo may investigate incidents, review platform data, and cooperate with authorities.
  • Serious disputes may be escalated through platform dispute mechanisms and formal legal channels where required.
